Susana McMahon is a Chef with thirty-five years of experience, highly trained working in Argentina, Italy, Israel, France, and the United States. Susy's Kitchen philosophy ‘From Nature to Plate’, is a true reflection of Chef Susana's passion for the finest, freshest seasonal produce and cooking reflects. Susana’s training in haute cuisine restaurants in Europe. She presents modern cuisine influenced by French cooking techniques and an appreciation of the best quality ingredients available from the United States. Originally she created a takeaway lunch menu take away bistro style.
